Liquidity vaults serve as the counterparty to the perpetual trades made on DTX:

• When traders win (positive PnL), their winnings are received from the vault.

• When traders lose (negative PnL), their losses are sent to the vault.

DTX follows a synthetic trading architecture, allowing traders to trade crypto assets with USDC/USDB and WETH.

Every liquidity vault is a single-asset vault implementing ERC-4626, which greatly increases capital efficiency and composability.
